Judging Criteria
The Chief Judge’s decision is final.
The judging and tally sheets remain confidential to the Judging Panel. (The method of scoring must be explained to all contestants prior to the start of the heats.)
Individual assessments are to be collected from judges after each contestant has finished, but time is to be allowed for judges to confer, if necessary, before the sheets are collected.
In the event of a tied score in the final for the winner, a count back will apply to determine the winner.
