In his over 20 years in the real estate industry, Hayden has held sales and leadership roles both nationally and internationally, including National Auctioneer, CEO of a nationwide group, and director of multiple real estate companies.  

Known for his strong leadership, talent in training, and success in coaching, Hayden brings a wealth of expertise to his current role as Director and Head of Sales at Tremains, Bay of Plenty.  

Hayden is also an accomplished auctioneer, having competed in the REINZ National Auctioneering Championships multiple times and earning recognition as a past finalist.  His focus remains on driving performance, fostering growth, and delivering exceptional results in the real estate sector.
